Terms and Conditions for Mobile Top-Up Service

Service Description: Our service provides mobile phone recharges through a unique top-up code delivered to you.

Package Selection: Customers are responsible for selecting the correct top-up package that matches their mobile carrier. For example, if your phone is on the Rogers network, you must choose a Rogers plan. Selecting a plan for a different carrier, such as Bell, will result in the package not functioning with your device. Please note that choosing the incorrect package will still incur a charge, and no refunds will be provided for incorrect selections.

Non-Refundable Policy: All top-up transactions are final and non-refundable once the code has been delivered.

User Responsibility: Upon receiving the top-up code, users are responsible for manually entering it into their mobile device.

Limitations: This service is strictly for mobile top-ups and cannot be used for any other purpose.

Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel their package within 20 minutes of purchase, provided the top-up code has not yet been delivered. Once the top-up code is issued, the transaction becomes final and non-refundable.

Email Verification: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct email address is provided. The top-up code will be sent to the email address on file. If the wrong email address is provided, the transaction remains non-refundable. Please also check your junk or spam folder to ensure the code has not been redirected there.
